Embellished & Customized Items

Any product or apparel that has been customized or embellished by any decoration method is not eligible for return or exchange.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE are not eligible for return or exchange. They can only be returned or exchanged in case the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.

Mill Ship Items

Return or exchange is not applicable for mill ship items(items shipped directly from the factory). It is only allowed if the items received are defective.

Altered & Used Items

Any item that has been washed, worn, soiled or altered (not in their original condition) in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.

Intimates

Return of intimates are subject to inspection – by law, these cannot be returned if they are worn, altered or damaged. We advise you to select the correct size.

Closeout Items

Sale of all closeout stock keeping units are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Closeout items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

Am I allowed to cancel or change an already placed order?

Due to our immediate order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. However, you can do a return or exchange once you receive the product.

Can I return a closeout item?

Closeout items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Closeout items are marked clearly on the product detail page.

Can I return embellished merchandise?

Merchandise embellished with Screen Print, Embroidery or any other method cannot be returned. At ApparelnBags.com, we put you in charge at every stage and ask for approval on absolutely everything. We do this so that the products customized and embellished turn out exactly the way you want them to be. Once embellished, we may not have a way to revert/fix the artwork. Please pay attention to details as we won’t be able to return/refund for merchandise or embellishment services unless we find that we did not produce approved selection.

To process your return or exchanges, please follow these steps.

We have a 21-day return policy. Kindly, process your return or exchange within the given time or items will not be eligible for either return or exchange.
